These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tovtap website, products, and services. tovtap is operated as a sole proprietorship ("tovtap", "we", "us", or "our"), with a mailing address at 88 E San Carlos St, Unit 612, San Jose, CA 95112, United States. By using our website, purchasing our products, or using our review service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Acceptance and eligibility
By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are using tovtap on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
About tovtap
tovtap sells physical NFC tap cards designed to help small businesses collect Google reviews, along with acrylic display stands and card holders. When a card is tapped, it opens a review page where the customer can choose to leave a public Google review or share private feedback with the business.
Products, orders, and availability
We work to display our products and their details accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or availability are always error-free or current. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or discontinue a product at any time. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you.
Pricing, charges, and payment
Prices are shown on our website and may change at any time before you place an order. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the amount shown at checkout. tovtap never sees or stores your full card number.
Shipping
We ship physical products according to our Shipping Policy, which describes processing times, destinations, rates, and delivery estimates. Please review the Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns and refunds

The tovtap review service and card license
When you buy tovtap cards, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them to collect reviews and feedback for your own business. In using the cards and service, you agree that you will not:
- Tamper with, reverse engineer, or reprogram the NFC technology in the cards.
- Relabel, rebrand, or resell the cards as your own product without our written permission.
- Point a card's destination to any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Use the cards or service in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Your responsibilities as a business
You are responsible for keeping your Google Business Profile accurate and for using reviews in a compliant way. In particular, you agree not to offer incentives in exchange for reviews, not to post or solicit fake reviews, and not to gate reviews by steering only happy customers to public reviews. tovtap does not gate reviews: every person who taps a card can freely choose to leave a Google review or private feedback. This approach is designed to comply with Google policies and FTC guidance, and you agree to keep your own use compliant as well.
Intellectual property
tovtap owns or licenses all rights in its brand, website, designs, and content, including trademarks, logos, and product designs. You may not copy, modify, or use our intellectual property without our written permission, except as needed to use the products you purchased.
Google trademark disclaimer
Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC. tovtap is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. References to Google are made only to describe how our product works with the Google review process.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and shipping carriers, and our cards link to Google. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of these third parties, and your use of their services may be subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers
Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that using tovtap will result in any specific number of reviews, ratings, or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, tovtap and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our products or services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the products or services giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless tovtap and its owners, employees, and providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any formal action, you agree to first contact us at hello@tovtap.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
