Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your tovtap order, where we ship, and what to expect for delivery. We aim to get your cards, stands, and card holders to you quickly and reliably.

Order processing time

We process and ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days of purchase, and orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we will let you know if that happens.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We also offer limited international shipping options to select destinations, though transit times for those are slower and availability may vary.

Shipping methods and transit times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: about 3 to 5 business days after shipping.
  • Canada: typically longer than US delivery, and customs processing may add time.
  • Other international destinations: limited and slower, with delivery times varying by location.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Shipping rates

We offer free US shipping on orders over $50. For US orders under $50, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Rates for Canada and other international destinations are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Duties and taxes

For orders shipped to Canada or other countries, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package. If you do not receive tracking within a few business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@tovtap.com.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@tovtap.com and we will try to update it before your order ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@tovtap.com and we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we will help track down your package, send a replacement, or issue a refund. We may ask for a photo of any damage so we can resolve it quickly.
