We want you to be happy with your tovtap cards, stands, and card holders. That is why every order is backed by our 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. This page explains how refunds, replacements, and returns work.

30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to mail the card back to us to receive a satisfaction refund. We keep this simple because we want you to feel confident trying tovtap.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@tovtap.com with your order number and a short note letting us know you would like a refund. We will confirm your request and process it promptly. If you cannot find your order number, include the email address or name used at checkout so we can locate your order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@tovtap.com. We may ask you to send a photo of the item so we can improve our products and process your replacement quickly.

Returns of unused items

If you would like to return unused physical items such as stands or card holders, they should be in their original, unused condition. Because our satisfaction refund does not require mailing the card back, most customers do not need to ship anything. If a return is needed for other items, we will provide instructions when you contact us.

Refund method and timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we process a refund, it typically takes about 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will let you know once your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, for example for a different product or a replacement of a damaged item, email us at hello@tovtap.com and we will help arrange it. The fastest way to get a different item is usually a refund followed by a new order, but we are happy to work with you.

Non-refundable situations

While we stand behind our products, a few situations fall outside our guarantee:

  • Cards or items reported after the 30-day window has passed.
  • Damage caused by obvious misuse, alteration, or tampering with the cards.
  • Requests where we are unable to verify the original order.
